1. Pricing

1.1 Pricing Plans

The services are available in different packages, detailed on our website.

1.2 Price

All prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of all taxes. Applicable taxes will be added in accordance with current legislation.

• Monthly plan: €29.99 incl. VAT per month.
• Annual Plan: €299.99 incl. VAT per year.

1.3 Price Revisions

We reserve the right to change the rates at any time. Users will be informed of any changes at least 30 days before they come into effect. In the event of disagreement, the user may terminate their subscription in accordance with Article 5.

2. Billing Terms

2.1 Billing Frequency

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. The user can choose the frequency when subscribing.

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods

Payment can be made by:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

2.3 Advance Payment

Payment is due in advance for the chosen period. Access to the service is conditional upon receipt of payment.

3. Late Payments and Unpaid Balances

3.1 Late Payments

In the event of late payment, access to the Service may be suspended after a prior 7-day notice. A late payment penalty of 12% may be applied, in accordance with applicable laws.

3.2 Collection Fees

Any fees related to the collection of due amounts will be borne by the user.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable.

4.2 Promotional Offers

Promotional offers or discounts do not entitle users to a refund in case of early termination.

5. Termination and Cancellation

5.1 Termination by the User

The user can cancel their subscription at any time via their administration panel.

• Monthly subscriptions will not be refunded for the current period.
• Annual subscriptions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused months, unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Termination by 2makesense

We reserve the right to terminate a subscription in the event of:

• Non-payment after 7 days following a late payment notice.
• Violation of the terms of use.

6. Special offers and discounts

Any promotional offer or discount will be subject to specific conditions, communicated at the time of subscription. These offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
